The Public Relations Unit of Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company (LpWSC) is today carrying out community engagement activities in Sumbu area, Mansa. This initiative is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen relations with customers, raise awareness about its services, and encourage responsible water use.

The outreach is focusing on the following key areas:

Brand Awareness – Sensitizing the community about LpWSC’s mandate and services, while fostering trust and stronger customer relations.

Beula Promotion Sensitization – Educating customers on the benefits of using the Beula platform for convenient and secure bill payments.

Water and Hygiene – Sharing important messages on safe water use, hygiene practices, and sanitation for healthier communities.

Debt and Timely Payments – Encouraging customers to clear outstanding bills and embrace a culture of making payments on time to ensure sustainable service delivery.
