Luapula Water & Sanitation Company Limited (LpWSC) ensures accurate and transparent billing for water supply and sanitation services across Luapula Province. Billing is based on metered water consumption, ensuring fairness and accountability for all customers. LpWSC employs standardized tariff structures approved by NWASCO to determine charges, and bills are issued monthly. Customers are encouraged to monitor their water usage, settle bills on time, and report any discrepancies for prompt resolution. Water -Meter Rental Fee

The Water-Meter Rental Fee is a fixed charge applied by LpWSC as long as a water meter is installed at your premises, regardless of whether water is used or not. This fee covers the maintenance and replacement of meters, ensuring accurate billing and reliable service. Domestic customers are charged K15 per month, while commercial customers pay K30 per month, billed once every month. If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to assist you.
