LpWSC conduct on-spot water quality checks

Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited (LpWSC) Water Quality Team today 5th December, 2025, visited selected customer households to collect water samples and conduct on-site chlorine tests.

These visits were carried out both in response to recent concerns about water discoloration and as part of our routine water quality monitoring programme.

During the assessments, our team reassured customers that the water supplied remains within the approved safety and quality standards and that LpWSC value every concern raised, as it helps us continually improve our service delivery.
