LpWSC and ZNBS Partner to Deliver Water-Secure Housing in Mansa Garden Estate

Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited (LpWSC) is proud to partner with the Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS) to enhance access to clean, safe, and reliable water in one of Luapula Province’s most ambitious housing projects the Mansa Garden Estate.

The partnership was officially sealed during a signing ceremony held at Urban Hotel in Lusaka, where a contract was signed for the design, construction, and commissioning of a modern water reticulation system within the ZNBS Mansa Garden Estate. This milestone marks a new chapter in LpWSC’s efforts to support integrated infrastructure development that puts water access at the heart of sustainable housing delivery.

Located in Chabala Muwe area of Mansa District, the Mansa Garden Estate is expected to deliver over 500 housing units. Through this collaboration, LpWSC will ensure that every household is connected to a dependable water supply system from the onset affirming our belief that dignified living begins with access to clean water.
