NEW TOKEN RETRIEVAL OPTION NOW AVAILABLE ON *2424#

We are pleased to inform our prepaid customers that we have introduced a new Token Retrieval option on the 2424# USSD platform, making it easier to access previously purchased water tokens.

With this new feature, customers can retrieve their latest three (3) tokens directly from their mobile phones.

To retrieve a token, simply dial *2424# and select Option 8, then follow the prompts.

The introduction of this feature is part of our continued efforts to improve customer experience by making our services more convenient and easily accessible.
