APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS

Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited wishes to inform its stakeholders and the general public that the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation, Hon. Eng. Collins Nzovu, MP, has appointed members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and the Company's governance framework.

The appointments are aimed at strengthening corporate governance, enhancing strategic oversight, and supporting the Company’s mandate to provide reliable, sustainable, and quality water supply and sanitation services across Luapula Province.

The newly constituted Board comprises individuals with diverse professional backgrounds and extensive experience, which is expected to positively contribute to policy direction, operational efficiency, and improved service delivery.

Luapula Water remains committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the execution of its mandate, in line with national development priorities and applicable regulatory requirements.

The Company assures its customers and stakeholders of its continued dedication to improving service delivery and overall operational performance under the guidance of the newly appointed Board.
