Mr. Phiri's professional journey at LpWSC is a testament to dedication, technical excellence, and visionary leadership. He joined the Company as Operations Supervisor in 2024, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening operational efficiency. In 2025, he was entrusted with the responsibility of Acting District Manager for both Nchelenge and Mansa Districts, demonstrating exceptional leadership and earning the confidence of Management through his commitment to service delivery.

An accomplished WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) professional, Mr. Phiri brings over eight years of experience in water resources management, water supply systems, and critical infrastructure across Africa. His passion for expanding access to safe and reliable water, coupled with his belief in collaboration as a catalyst for sustainable development, continues to shape his approach to leadership and service.
