Construction of the Segmentation Tank in Chiengi District

The construction of a new segmentation tank in Chiengi District is currently underway, representing yet another major infrastructure development aimed at improving water and sanitation service delivery in the area. This critical project, fully funded by the government, is being implemented through Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company (LpWSC) as part of ongoing efforts to expand and modernize water infrastructure in rural districts.

Once completed, the segmentation tank will play a vital role in enhancing water treatment processes by allowing for the effective separation and settlement of impurities before the water is distributed to the community.
