New LpWSC Headquarters Office – Lot 3

Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company (LpWSC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Headquarters Office – Lot 3, constructed under the Integrated Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Program. The facility is now fully operational and currently housing core administrative and management functions of the company.

Since completion, LpWSC staff have transitioned into the new headquarters, which now serves as the central hub for strategic planning, decision-making, and overall coordination of water supply and sanitation operations across Luapula Province. The new building features a modern, spacious, and professionally equipped environment designed to support efficient service delivery and improved internal collaboration.

While the official commissioning by the government is still pending, the completion and full utilization of this facility marks a significant milestone in the company’s infrastructure development agenda. It reflects LpWSC’s continued commitment to strengthening its institutional capacity in line with its mandate to provide clean, safe, and reliable water and sanitation services to the people of Luapula.

The construction of the headquarters was made possible through government funding and forms part of a broader effort to enhance water and sanitation infrastructure in small towns and regional centers. The operationalization of Lot 3 not only improves organizational effectiveness but also symbolizes progress toward a more responsive and customer-focused utility.
