Samfya Water Treatment Plant – Enhancing Water Access in Luapula

As part of the Integrated Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project (ISTWSSP) – LOT 1, Luapula Water and Sanitation Company Limited (LpWSC) successfully completed the construction of the Samfya Water Treatment Plant (WTP). This strategic infrastructure project is a significant milestone aimed at improving access to clean and safe drinking water for the residents of Samfya town and surrounding communities.

The modern facility includes advanced water treatment technologies designed to meet growing demand, ensure water quality, and support public health.
